Instructions for Living a Life is a joint exhibition between Gabrielle Wilson and Ashley Hollingshead, culminating in two solo performances that dive deep into public success and private failure.

Cookin’ with Janice: Simmerin’ by Gabrielle Wilson, a performance found at the intersection of reality television and mental health with the collaboration of Kathleen Gullion. With the use of food materials, the Lecoq training, and family bonds, the witnesses find a little bit of themselves in the stains. 

 Instructions for Living a Life is part of The Third Mask: A Festival for New Devised Performance May 2–4.
