TFW: You Have to Find Some Breathing Space

Take some time to stop and refocus your purpose. Join us for some springtime mindfulness. Spend a little time on you!

Learn some easy techniques and practices for being the want to be. Students who self-reported mindful habits performed better on tests and had higher grades.

Monday April 15 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. and 3-3:45 p.m.
Tuesday April 16 10-10:45 a.m. and 2 to 2:45 p.m.
Thursday April 18 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and 2-2:45 p.m.

All workshops are at the Learning Studio, located on the first floor of 33 East Ida B Wells.
