Food for Thought: Transnational Queer and Feminist Politics

Join Asian American Cultural Affairs for the next installment of the Food for Thought lunch discussion series!

Guest speaker Yasmin Nair will explore the issue of sexual violence and its relevance to feminist and queer movements in the U.S. and India.

Ms. Nair is a writer, academic, and activist in Uptown, Chicago. She is the co-founder of Against Equality and a member of Gender JUST Chicago. Her work can be found at www.yasminnair.net.

Lunch will be served.
