Deb Sokolow creates rich narrative diagrams with common office supplies, like ballpoint pens, highlighters, correction fluid, and thumbtacks, that map the experience of a nameless protagonist amid unfolding adventures, hijinks and overlapping voices. Sokolov exhibits regularly around the country and is included in many significant collections.
Please join Sokolow for an intimate talk with students in Professional Practices in Fine Arts as she shares insights about her work and experience developing a professional creative practice.
